I think ASUS has another type of SC, which was not working either. So, if any of you is struggeling with crashes and freezes, just disable the sound card, and try to run the game without sound, it will work. How lame is that? Anyways, I have written recently to Creative to find a solutions or will come (hahahah).

How weird is that? However, the most weird thing was, after sucking four hours trying to figure out what the problem is, we have decided (my buddy was VNC-ing from home, and we were talking on Skype) to disable the sound card. I have Creative PCI Express X-Fi Xtreme Audio sound card, which is (was) great.^^ However it does not have a proper Open AI or god knows what, to run the game, so it crashes as soon as it has been initiated. If anbody is having crashes and/or the game does not even start.
